🥕 Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie (Immune booster)

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped carrots (lightly steamed & cooled OR frozen)
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- Optional: pinch of turmeric + black pepper

🍓 Berry Bliss Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries (high in anthocyanins and vitamin C)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries (rich in antioxidants and fiber)

1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess and potassium)

1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice (a powerhouse of polyphenols)

1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water

1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (omega-3s + fiber)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon turmeric + pinch of black pepper (anti-inflammatory boost)

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen
Instructions:
