🌿 Summer Glow Salad with Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
For the Salad:

1/2 avocado, diced

1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts

Optional: grilled chicken or chickpeas for added protein
For the Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Pinch of sea salt & black pepper

🍓 Berry Bliss Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries (high in anthocyanins and vitamin C)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries (rich in antioxidants and fiber)

1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess and potassium)

1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice (a powerhouse of polyphenols)

1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water

1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (omega-3s + fiber)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon turmeric + pinch of black pepper (anti-inflammatory boost)
